Support
SpriteVault
Email support@spritevault.app. We aim to reply within two business days, and to act on reports of abusive behaviour within 24 hours.
Reporting a user
Open the trade in question and tap Report user to tell us what happened (no-show, scam, or abusive behaviour). Block user hides that person's offers from you straight away. You can also email us with the trader's display name.
Deleting your account
In the app: Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, your collection, and your open trades. Ratings you left for other traders remain but are anonymised.
Common questions
Does SpriteVault trade sprites for me?
No. Trading happens between players inside Fortnite. The app helps you find a partner and agree what you're swapping; you both then queue into a match and trade at endgame.
Do you need my Epic account or password?
Never. Your in-game name is just text you type so a partner can add you. We have no access to your Epic account and will never ask for its password.
A new sprite is missing from the app
The sprite catalogue updates over the air, so new sprites usually appear without an app update. If something is missing or an ability description looks wrong, email us and we'll fix the catalogue.
Why can't I offer a sprite I own?
The offer list only shows variants you've marked as collected in the Vault. Tick it there first and it will appear.
Someone didn't show up for a trade
Rate the trade honestly and use Report user with the "Didn't show up" reason. Repeated reports lead to suspension.
How do I stop seeing ads?
Ads keep the app free, so there is currently no way to turn them off. Ads are limited to G-rated content and are non-personalised.
