These terms are an agreement between you and LinnTech Solutions, LLC ("we", "us") governing your use of the SpriteVault mobile app. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. What SpriteVault is

SpriteVault helps you track your Fortnite sprite collection and find other players to trade with in-game. All trading happens inside Fortnite, between players. The app is a coordination tool only: it does not hold, transfer, guarantee, or take part in any trade, and it has no connection to your Epic Games account.

SpriteVault is a fan-made companion app. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Epic Games, Inc. Fortnite is a trademark of Epic Games, Inc. Sprite names are used descriptively to identify in-game items; all artwork in the app is our own.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SpriteVault. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information, do not impersonate anyone, and do not share your account. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete Account.

4. Content and conduct — zero tolerance

You are responsible for everything you post, including trade notes and rating comments. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour.

You must not:

• Post content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable
• Post content that targets anyone based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Bully, threaten, stalk, or harass another user
• Post personal information about yourself or anyone else
• Solicit personal information from, or attempt to arrange contact with, a minor
• Attempt to buy or sell sprites, accounts, or anything else for real money — trading is in-game only
• Scam, defraud, or deliberately mislead another user, including agreeing to a trade you do not intend to complete
• Post spam, advertising, or links to external services
• Manipulate ratings, including creating accounts to rate yourself or to attack another user
• Attempt to breach the app's security, scrape it, or interfere with its operation
• Do anything that violates Epic Games' terms for Fortnite

Reporting and enforcement

Every trade screen has Report user and Block user actions. Blocking hides that user's offers from you immediately. We review reports and may remove content, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, with or without notice. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.

Trade notes and rating comments are automatically screened for offensive language, but automated filtering is imperfect and does not replace reporting.

5. Trading risk

Because trades happen between players inside Fortnite, we cannot guarantee that another user will turn up, trade fairly, or trade at all. Ratings exist to help you judge who to trade with, but they are user opinions and we do not verify them. You trade at your own risk.

6. Ads

The app is free and supported by advertising. You agree that ads may be shown. Do not attempt to interfere with or automate interaction with ads.

7. Our content

The app, its artwork, and its sprite catalogue are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from it without permission.

You keep ownership of what you post, but grant us a licence to store, display, and distribute it within the app so the app can function.

8. Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time. The sprite catalogue is maintained by us on a best-effort basis and may be incomplete or out of date after a Fortnite update.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything arising from a trade between users. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breaching these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States.
